Southern Building Specialties, Inc

Southern Building Specialties Inc. is a locally owned and operated company.  We opened for business November 2004 as a general contractor license number RB29003294.  Our owner and president Clyde Jolly founded the business with the goal of providing quality workmanship and service at a fair price.  Our focus has been on remodeling of homes, but we have taken on the task of new construction and commercial projects.  No project is to large or small.

Although we are in the yellow pages, you will not find Southern Building Specialties advertising.  Our work is generated from word of mouth from our previous customers.  We believe our customers are our best advertisement.

In order to accomplish the task at had, we have a network of vendors, sub contractors, and in house personnel to provide any and all services needed for your project.  Our vendors provide showrooms for our customers to view the products and a wide selection to meet your tastes or requirements.  If a showroom is not available we often keep samples of our products in our office for an additional convenience.  In addition, we are a member of the Home Builder Association of West Florida;we are an approved contractor for My Safe Florida, and an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm.
